Place an Online Order
Place your order after selecting the media type and quantity, adding it to cart, and then creating an account.
Send in Your Media
The cost of shipping your media to Precision Transfers is not included in the rate and is handled through Canada Post or your preferred local courier. Customers in the London area may also schedule a drop-off.
If you would like your tapes or films returned, the return shipping fee can be added when placing your order. Return shipping is free for orders over $150. Alternatively, you may choose to have the original media recycled after the transfer is complete.
View & Save Your Media
The transferred files are sent via a Google Drive link where you can download them. You can then save the files to your computer or a USB drive. Due to the fact that this format is no longer supported by the industry, we do not support transfers to DVD. High-quality MP4 files are the standard transfer format, and we also store a backup locally for six months. Please let us know if you have a specific format request.
