Waiver

Copyright and Content Authorization

By submitting this order and any videotapes, films, photographs, slides, prints, audio recordings, discs, digital files, or other materials (collectively, the “Content”), I represent and warrant that:

1. I own the Content or have all rights, permissions, licences, and authority necessary to authorize Precision Transfers to perform the requested services.

2. I authorize Precision Transfers to handle, copy, reproduce, convert, digitize, process, temporarily store, and deliver the Content as reasonably necessary to complete my order.

3. The requested services will not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal right belonging to another person.

4. The Content is not unlawful to possess, copy, process, or distribute and does not contain material that violates applicable Canadian law.

5. If the Content includes a performance, musical work, sound recording, photograph, film, broadcast, or other protected material, I have obtained any permission required from the applicable copyright owner, performer, producer, photographer, broadcaster, or other rights holder.

6. Precision Transfers may refuse or stop processing Content if it reasonably believes that I do not have the required authority or that processing the Content may violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

I understand that Precision Transfers does not acquire ownership of my Content. I remain responsible for the Content and for confirming that I have the authority to authorize the requested services.
